If you're looking for a scenic and budget-friendly place to park your RV or set up a tent near Las Vegas, with a variety of recreational activities available, this is a fantastic option. Located east of Boulder City, Nevada, within the Lake Mead National Recreation Area, entrance fees apply to access the park. Boulder Beach Campground is part of this National Park Recreation Area and ranks among the top ten in our adventures.

The campground is well-maintained, featuring clean flush bathrooms, fire pits, and sturdy concrete tables. The sites are quite level and spaced far enough apart to ensure plenty of privacy, with many shady spots provided by eucalyptus and desert lavender trees. The sites offer easy back-in or spacious pull-through options, and I particularly appreciate that they are paved, with many offering beautiful lake views. Although the sites lack water, electric and sewer hookups, water faucets are conveniently located throughout the park.

According to Jeff the sewer dump located in the park is also very well maintained and two RVS can dump at the same time. There is also another restroom right at the sewer dump with potable water available.

The fee to stay is $20.00 a night, but if you have the Golden Age pass it’s a mere $10.00 a night.

If you run out of milk or need supplies, Boulder City is just a 5-mile drive away, featuring a charming downtown area with an Albertsons. For a Trader Joe's visit or more extensive shopping, you can take a very scenic twenty-minute drive to Henderson, Nevada.

Boulder Beach C.G. is also at the bottom of Boulder Dam and Lake Mead. The Boulder Dam tour is well worth a stop and a great historic area.
